Our research focuses on investigating development of adaptive immune responses and the interactions between host and viral pathogens. Using an array of approaches, we are interested in exploring immune responses to viral infections at molecular, cellular, and organism levels. Our goal is to understand the dynamic changes in the immune system across different stages of infections and regulations of adaptive immune cells that impact generation of protective immunity against pathogens.
